• Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

• Property Conditions: The premises must be free of hazards and obstructions that could endanger our team members during cleaning.

7. Feedback and Concerns:

• Your feedback is important to us. If you have concerns or issues about the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will strive to address them promptly.
